Delivering High-Level Disinfection (HLD) and cold-sterilization to combat Healthcare-Associated Infections (HAIs) without exposing staff to carcinogenic aldehydes.
In modern clinical settings, the balance between patient safety and occupational health is vital. Peracetic Acid has emerged as the premier cold-sterilant of choice, replacing toxic and carcinogenic legacy chemicals like glutaraldehyde and formaldehyde.
Our healthcare-grade PAA solutions provide rapid, 6-log microbial reduction for high-risk equipment while breaking down into completely harmless byproducts, allowing for faster equipment turnaround and safer environments for both patients and staff.
Breaks down into water, oxygen & vinegar.
Sporicidal, virucidal & bactericidal.
Maintains potency at low temperatures.
Full TDS/SDS support for audit trails.

Serving as the premier liquid chemical sterilant, a single dose of 35% PAA concentrate is diluted to 0.2% (2,000 ppm) and circulated at 50°C–55°C for 5–12 minutes. PAA outright replaces toxic, protein-fixing aldehydes like glutaraldehyde and ortho-phthalaldehyde (OPA). It achieves a 6-log Sterility Assurance Level (SAL) against highly resilient pathogens like Mycobacterium chelonae without coagulating organic matter onto delicate optical lenses.

A synergistic blend of PAA and hydrogen peroxide is injected into reverse osmosis (RO) lines via reverse-flow backwashing. This performs dual duty: safely dissolving calcium carbonate scale while chemically stripping bacterial biofilms and denaturing pyrogenic endotoxins that pose lethal risks to dialysis patients.

Utilizing 5–10% PAA blends in Ultra-Low Volume (ULV) dry-fogging systems to eradicate HAIs such as MRSA, VRE & Clostridioides difficile spores during terminal room sterilization. Rooms are completely safe for re-entry rapidly following aeration once ambient PAA drops below the OSHA short-term exposure limit (STEL) of 0.2 ppm.

Specialized formulations combining PAA with hydrogen peroxide and alkaline detergents represent one of the rare cold-chemical methods clinically proven to effectively unfold and deactivate highly resilient Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease (CJD) amyloid prions on delicate neurosurgical instruments.

Provides high-level disinfection for prep-room surfaces and drainage tables. It serves as a vastly safer, non-carcinogenic & non-fuming alternative to legacy formaldehyde-based surface cleaners.

Uniquely suited for sanitizing alginate and silicone dental impressions prior to lab transport. Unlike sodium hypochlorite (bleach), PAA achieves HLD without causing microscopic dimensional distortion or shrinkage to the molds.
We engineer bespoke PAA formulations for complex industrial challenges.
