    Post-Consumer Resin (PCR) Wash Lines

    Shredded PET (water bottles) and HDPE (milk jugs) arrive heavily contaminated with rotting organic matter, sticky sugars & dairy proteins, causing extreme odor and septic conditions in recycling facilities. PAA is dosed directly into hot friction-washers to instantly neutralize sour garbage odors, sanitize the flakes & keep the wash-water circuit pristine. Crucially, it achieves this without degrading the tensile strength, intrinsic melt-viscosity (IV), or optical clarity of the recycled polymer, enabling the plastic to meet stringent FDA thresholds for true 'bottle-to-bottle' food-grade rPET.
